Originario de Central California, el Sr. Vespermann se gradu\u00f3 en la Universidad Estatal de California, en Chico, donde obtuvo una licenciatura en Ciencias Pol\u00edticas \u2014 Estudios Jur\u00eddicos y un certificado de asistente jur\u00eddico. Wyatt trabaj\u00f3 como asistente jur\u00eddico especializado en derecho de la tercera edad, ayudando a proteger los derechos de las personas mayores.  Estuvo a cargo de manejar tutelas, lo que en dos ocasiones implic\u00f3 luchar contra tutelas fr\u00edvolas presentadas por herederos distanciados que buscaban abusar del proceso judicial para obtener el control sobre su herencia. Despu\u00e9s de trabajar como asistente legal durante dos a\u00f1os, el Sr. Vespermann asisti\u00f3 a la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Pepperdine, donde obtuvo su Doctorado en Derecho en 2018 y se gradu\u00f3 cum laude. Durante su estancia en la Universidad de Pepperdine, el Sr. Vespermann fue seleccionado para formar parte de The Order of The Barristers por su desempe\u00f1o en el Equipo de Defensa Judicial de la facultad. Mientras formaba parte del equipo, Wyatt compiti\u00f3 en la Competencia Nacional de Juicios de Abogados Defensores de San Diego de 2017 en San Diego, California, y en la Competencia Estudiantil de Defensa en Juicios de 2018 organizada por la AAJ en Santa M\u00f3nica, California, bajo la tutor\u00eda de John H.
