Cassandra Wakeham

Trial Lawyer

Cassidy Wakeham is a trial attorney at Bentley & More LLP whose practice focuses on personal injury and insurance bad faith litigation. Ms. Wakeham earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University, where she graduated cum laude. While at BYU, she was inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi and Kappa Tau Alpha honors societies for her academic achievements in journalism and mass communications. Ms. Wakeham was a news anchor for KBYU-TV NewsLine and was involved in the university’s Model United Nations program.

 

Ms. Wakeham received her Juris Doctor from the University of California Irvine School of Law. While at UC Irvine, Cassidy worked in the Advanced Domestic Violence clinic representing low-income abuse survivors. She served as lead counsel in several domestic violence restraining order hearings and consistently obtained long-term protective orders for her clients. Also, while at UC Irvine, Ms. Wakeham co-authored Senate Bill 1394, which was signed into law by Governor Newsom and was added to the California Vehicle Code. Cassidy was a member of UCI’s SBA Fundraising Committee and was on the Lawyering for Reproductive Justice board.

 

Driven by a commitment to justice, Ms. Wakeham takes a fierce, compassionate approach to representing those who have been catastrophically injured or wronged. She is devoted to guiding clients and their families through their most difficult moments and helping them reclaim their path forward. Outside of work, Cassidy enjoys scuba diving, horseback riding, and hiking the California coast.
