On the fateful day in the early hours of December 5, 2018, Bentley & More client sadly joined the growing ranks of other female passengers who have been sexually assaulted by Lyft drivers as a result of Lyft’s dangerously deficient hiring, training, and supervisory practices. ABC7 Southern California reporter , Veronica Miracle visited Bentley & More LLP to interview CO-Founder Greg Bentley along with our client to tell the story of her pre-meditated assault. The Lyft driver deviated 2 miles off path to a dark secluded area with express intent to assault our client. The driver has a prior DUI, ticket for driving without a valid license and a temporary restraining order for domestic violence – ALL before the attack, yet Lyft allowed him to drive for them.
