Keith More and his team reach justice for Workers’ Comp client

Over four years ago, our client was at work when a bridge collapsed in Corona off of the 91 freeway. He suffered severe injuries for which his employer’s work comp carrier denied treatment, delayed necessary medical care and then up till today (the day of trial) would not admit all of his injuries. Adamantly, the defense attorney asked the judge to continue the trial. Veteran WC Attorney, Keith More’s response was no, “my client has the right to have his day in court!” Just as they were about to go on the record, the defense attorney received a call from the adjuster finally admitting all of the injuries and stipulating to his 100% disability with future medical care for life.

Today Show Interview with Attorney Gregory L. Bentley Highlights Fight Against Allergan for its Defective, Recalled BIOCELL Textured Breast Implants

On February 11, 2020, Bentley & More LLP Attorney Gregory L. Bentley interviewed with the Today Show regarding the firm’s fight for justice against multi-national breast implant manufacturer Allergan.  For decades, Allergan has been downplaying, diminishing, and casting doubt about the dangers of its BIOCELL Textured Breast Implants, which have subjected hundreds of thousands of women to the terror of Breast Implant Associated – Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma.  In July 2019, the FDA demanded a worldwide recall of those implants due to the danger of BIA-ALCL.  Firm client Hilary Corts was interviewed about the ongoing litigation and her experience with the flawed, dangerous Allergan implant.  A copy of the piece can be seen here:
